Instagram tambah lokasi dan tagar Stories di tab Explore

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Instagram baru saja memperkenalkan dua fitur baru yang akan menambah pengalaman memakai tab Explore, yaitu lokasi dan tanda pagar Stories.

Kedua fitur itu akan tersedia di tab Explore dalam aplikasi Instagram untuk melihat apa saja yang terjadi di sekitar pengguna sekaligus menemukan Stories yang sesuai dengan ketertarikan mereka.

Pengguna akan melihat bulatan Stories di bagian atas Explore untuk mengetahui cerita yang terjadi di dekat mereka, seperti yang ditulis laman Phone Arena.

Stories yang muncul berasal dari pengguna lain yang memakai stiker lokasi di unggahan mereka.

Pengguna Instagram juga bisa melihat Stories dari berbagai lokasi di dunia dengan melihat bulatan Stories yang ada di atas laman.

Fitur tagar Stories di tab Explore akan memudahkan pengguna untuk menemukan unggahan yang sesuai dengan kesukaan mereka.

Bila memasang stiker lokasi atau tagar di Stories, unggahan pengguna akan meluas. Bila tidak ingin, cukup ketuk tanda X di Stories agar uggahan tidak masuk ke tab Explore.

Fitur lokasi di Stories ini sudah tersedia untuk pengguna Instagram di Android dan iOS yang sudah mengunduh versi terbaru 10.22 melalui Google Play dan App Store.

Instagram adds location and hashtag stories to Explore tab

Instagram has just introduced two new features that will improve the way users discover the world around them on Explore: location and hashtag stories. Both new features will be available from the Explore tab inside the Instagram app and should enable users to see what's happening around them, as well as find stories related to their interests.

A new story ring positioned at the top of Explore gives Instagram users access to all the stories happening near them. It's worth pointing out that these stories will come from users who've used location stickers on their stories.

Moreover, Instagram users can now discover stories happening at just about any location around the world by using the story ring for that place at the top of the location page.

The hashtag stories feature on Explore allows users to find stories related to their interests. Instagram users who include a location sticker or hashtag to their stories may be added to a larger story. If you want privacy, you can tap the X on your stories viewer list so that your story won't appear on Explore.

Keep in mind that location stories on Explore are already available on Android and iOS devices for users who update to version 10.22 via Google Play and App Store. The hashtag stories feature will be rolled out over the coming weeks.
