Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Jakarta police have handed over the dossiers on the "dwelling time" graft case with suspect Eryatie Kuwandy alias Lusi, to the high prosecution office on Wednesday.

The prosecution office found the dossier of the suspect complete, director of special criminal division of the Jakarta police Sr. Comr Mujiyono said here on Wednesday night.

Lusi, through her company PT GSA was charged with bribing Foreign Trade Director General Partogi Pangaribuan , who was already named suspect in the same case.

Police handed over evidence including US$10,000 and S$25,000 and a number of hand phones to the high prosecution office.

Mujiyono said Lusi bribed Partogi around June and July , 2015 to issue license for PT GSA to import salt.

Lusi is facing a jail term of up to 5 years if found guilty.(*)
