Purwakarta, W Java (ANTARA News) - At least five people have been found dead with one missing in a flash flood that hit the sub-district of Cisalak, Subang District in West Java.

All the dead victims of the floods on Sunday night were people of the village of Cihideung , district police chief Adj. Sr.Comr Agus Nurpatria said via telephone from Purwakarta on Monday.

The dead victims are identified as Parmi (50), Mae (17), Eni (45), Nabila (7), and Musa (55).

"A 10 year boy named RizaL, is still missing," Agus said, adding there were also villagers seriously injured including Anen (55), Mamur (47) and Raza, a 14 month old baby.

Villagers said at least 14 houses collapsed hit by the floods in the village of Cihideung when the people were asleep.

In the village of Bukanagara, there were landslides in three locations .(*)
