Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will again question secretary of the Supreme Court Nurhadi as witness in a bribery case involving the clerk of the Central Jakarta District Court.

Nurhadi will be questioned in a case against the suspect identified as DAS, acting chief of the commissions public relations bureau, Yuyuk Andriati, stated here on Friday.

The Supreme Courts secretary is believed to be involved in the bribery case. Nurhadi will face the fourth round of questioning after he was interrogated on May 2, May 30, and June 3.

Earlier, the KPK had also questioned Nurhadis wife, who is chief of the management education and training center at the Supreme Court, Tin Zuraida, and two of his house staff.

The anti-graft body has imposed an overseas travel ban on Nurhadi and has conducted a search of his house on Jalan Hang Lekir, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, on April 21, 2016.

During the search, the KPK seized cash worth Rp1.7 billion.

The KPK is still looking for Nurhadis driver, Royani, who had failed to honor the commissions summons for questioning.

The KPK has named two suspects in the bribery case: the clerk of the Central Jakarta District Court and an employee of PT Arta Pratama Anugerah.(*)
