"We have made several arrests in separate areas in Bekasi, East Jakarta and West Jakarta at 11.000 local time," Boy said.
He said the arrest of the five men identified as WW, S, AU, R, and D followed long investigations by the police Special Anti Terrorist squad Densus 88.
Their involvement in alleged terrorism is still being investigated by Densus, he said, adding, "Wait for the result of the investigation."
He said the arrest was a result of monitoring and surveillance by Densus in Jakarta and nearby areas.(*)
