The prison head would be summoned for explanation, Deputy Chief of BNN police Ins.Gen.Arman Depari said here on Tuesday.
In a raid on 31 May, 2017, a BNNs money laundering team found a cell furnished luxuriously unlike other cells in the Cipinang prison. It had a TV set, CCTV that show every one coming, WIFY facility , an aquarium with Arwana fish and special food menu.
The team also found a number of prisoners smoking methamphetamine in their cells, Arman said.
When the late Freddy Budiman, who has been executed, had a drug processing factory at the Cipinang prison, almost all inmates used drugs, he said.
"I reported about the drug factory at the Cipinang prison to the deputy minister of law and human right at that time. What is the follow up steps on the case should be monitored," he said.
