Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Several members of state oil company PT Pertamina`s board of directors were installed on Friday.

The new board of directors now consists of the president director, planning and investment director, human resources director, general affairs director, upstream affairs director, processing director, marketing director, and commercial and financial director.

Previously the line-up consists of the president director, deputy president director, upstream affairs director, processing director, marketing director, financial director, and general affairs and human resources director.

Following their installation, President Director Karen Agustiawan said "On this occasion I also wish to express my appreciation to the board of directors for completing their term of office for their hard work and dedication in the development of Pertamina."

She pointed out to the newly installed directors that the performance and transformation program which had been carried out by the previous board in the last three years need to be maintained.

The new board installed on Friday, February 19, consisted of :
Director for investment Planning and Risk Management, Ferederick ST Siahaan
Human Resources Director Rukmi Hadihartini
General Affairs director Waluyo
Upstream affairs Director Bagus Setiardja
Processing director Edi Setianto
Marketing and Commercial Director Djaelani Sutomo
