Seoul (ANTARA News/Asia Pulse) - Hyundai Motor Co. (KSE:005380), South Korea's largest automaker, said today it has signed a contract to sell taxi sedans to ComfortDelGro Corp. (SGX:C52), the biggest operator of taxis in Singapore.

Under the contract, Hyundai
will supply 3,000 diesel-powered Sonata sedans to ComfortDelGro by the end of this year, the Korean carmaker said in a statement without elaborating on the financial terms.

The
Singaporean company will probably order 2,000 more units, depending on demand, Hyundai said.
