Hanoi (ANTARA News/Asia Pulse) - Two Vietnamese wireless carriers have announced they will start selling the iPhone on March 26, ending speculation that they were not able to meet requirements by Apple Inc.

According to both Vinaphone and Viettel, they will distribute all three iPhone models 3G-8G, 3GS-16G and 3GS-32G. Ho Duc Thang, deputy general director of Vinaphone, said the company will sell international versions of the phone together with four different data plans for customers to choose from.

Viettel
said in a statement that it will also sell contract-free iPhones.
