President to discuss political affairs with ministers

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is scheduled to hold a closed-door meeting with his ministers to discuss politic, legal and security affairs here on Tuesday at the presidential palace.
Vice President Boediono and several ministers namely Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa, Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Djoko Suyanto, Coordinating Minister for Economic AFfairs Hatta Radjasa and Law and Human Rights Minister Patrialis Akbar were expected to attend the meeting which was to begin at 13.00.
Indonesian Military (TNI) Chief General Djoko Santoso, National Police`s chief Bambang Hendarso Danuri and Attorney General Hendarman Supandji would also be on hand.
Presidential spokesman Julian Aldrin Pasha said the Tuesday meeting would discuss matters related to law enforcement.
"The meeting will discuss law enforcement in Indonesia in general," he said without further saying whether it would also touch on the dispute with Malaysia.
Relations between Indonesia and Malaysia have heated up again since last August 13 when three Marine and Fisheries Ministry (DKP) officers based in Riau Islands Province were arrested by Malaysian marine police in Indonesian waters near Bintan Island after they had caught seven Malaysian fishermen poaching in the waters.
