Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (ANTARA News) - Golkar Party deputy chairman Agung Laksono said here on Friday that the party had yet to discuss cabinet reshuffle.

"The party has not yet discussed the issue of cabinet reshuffle," Agung Laksono said after concluding his working visit to Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, on Friday in his capacity as coordinating minister for people`s welfare.

Neither did he make sure whether Golkar in the days to come would discuss the issue of cabinet reshuffle.

Agung said that as a minister in the United Indonesia Cabinet, the most important thing for him at present was to remain performing his principle duties and functions.

"I also hope that all ministers will continue to perform their respective duties and functions while maintaining cohesiveness, although there is an issue of cabinet reshuffle," Agung said.

He added that the issue of cabinet reshuffle should completely be let to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono who had a prerogative right to do so in accordance with the mandate of Constitution.
