Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen left for his country on Sunday after attending the 18th ASEAN Summit at the Jakarta Convention Hall on May 7-8.

The Cambodian premier left via Halim Perdanakusuma airport here a few hours after holding a meeting with his Thai counterpart Abhisit Vejjajiva over a border conflict between the two countries. The meeting was facilitated by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

A few hours later, Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung also left for his country via the airport at 04.30, 30 minutes earlier than scheduled.

Meanwhile, Malaysian Prime Minister Dato` Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak and Philippine President Benigno S. Aquino III will leave for their countries via the airport on Sunday night.

Also on Sunday night, Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and Singapore Senior Minister S Jayakumar will return to their countries via Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Jayakumar represented Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong who could not show up because of the general elections in the island state.

Lao Prime Minister Thongsing Thammavong will leave Jakarta for his country on Tuesday afternoon (May 10) after paying a state visit to President Yudhoyono.(*)
