Jakarta (ANTARA News) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has prepared a list of his new ministers, an official said.

"The president has prepared a list of his new ministers," said the ruling Democratic Party general chairman Anas Urbaningrum here Sunday.

Besides, Anas also said that the Democratic Party is ready to support the president`s lists of new ministers.

Anas said that President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono previously said that he would refresh the cabinet and allowed the Democratic Party to select the appropriate figures to replace the old cabinet.

"The cabinet will be reshuffled to improve its performance," he said.

The polemics on the Indonesian cabinet reshuffle is a prerogative right of the president, it does not need to be overrated, Anas said.

Anas said that the Democratic Party will support the president`s decision on the new ministers, because he must have selected them very carefully.

After the cabinet reshuffle, every newly elected minister is expected to be more productive and able to implement all governmental programs properly and efficiently.

Previously, Coordinating Minister for People`s Welfare Agung Laksono said that the reshuffle issue does not interfere the cabinet`s performance and it is better to wait for the the game.

"Just wait for its implementation," said the Golkar politician, Agung Laksono,

Agung also said rumors had it the cabinet reshuffle is scheduled to take place in October 20, 2011. (*)
