Islamabad (ANTARA News) - Pakistani Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar said that the United States would be responsible if Pakistan failed in war on terror, reported local Media Geo on Thursday.

The minister made this remark while briefing the Parliamentary Committee on National Security, according to the report.

Khar told the committee that the U.S. Senate has stopped 700- million-U.S.-dollar aid to Pakistan. "We are talking to other countries for the release of the U.S. aid," she said.

"Relations with U.S. are on hold and would proceed further if Parliament allows.

"Pakistan has two written agreements regarding allied forces in Afghanistan, one is about NATO supply line and the other is about Ministry of Defense," said the minister, adding that the Defense Committee of the Cabinet has clearly stated that relations with the United States and NATO would be reviewed.
