Solo, C Java (ANTARA News) - Swimming liaison Officer "took a quick bath" while doing her duty in the 2011 ASEAN Para-games at the Tirtomoyo Manahan Swimming Pool, here, Saturday.

The Myanmar national who is currently studying in Indonesia, Khin Tida, fell into the swimming pool while taking pictures of the Gold Medal delivery to the winner of women`s 100 meters free style S13.

Khin fell during the medal presentation ceremony which included the winner`s national anthem and flag rising for Thailand`s swimmer Sutat Suwattarn.

According to his colleague, Khin was standing in the edge of the swimming pool and probably she slipped off which then caused an awkward moment for the liaison.

Shortly after falling into the pool Khin was assisted out of the pool by another fellow liaison.

Once Khin managed to get out of the water, she waved to hundreds of audience and decided to get back on duty.

Khin has for sure stolen Suwattarn`s golden moment in the gold medal presentation ceremony.

On the second day of the swimming match, Indonesian team was still competing with Thailand and Vietnam in the race for more gold medals.(*)
