"The name will be announced tomorrow."
Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Indonesian State Secretary Sudi Silalahi has stated that President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono will announce the new Sports and Youth Affairs Minister, who will replace Andi Mallarangeng.

As reported earlier, Andi resigned from the cabinet after the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) named him as a suspect in the Hambalang graft case.

"The name will be announced tomorrow," said Sudi, in response to a journalist`s question about who will fill the position of Sports and Youth Affairs Minister, after attending a cabinet meeting at the Presidential Office here on Thursday.

However, Sudi refused to go into details, such as the name of the person who would replace Andi.

Cabinet Secretary Dipo Alam also asked the press to wait for the official announcement of the name of the new Sports and Youth Affairs Minister.

He also refused to reveal the names of the candidates who were considered for the position.

However, the presence of Member of Parliament Roy Suryo, who is from the Democratic Party, this morning at the Presidential Palace sparked rumours that Roy could be the new Sports and Youth Affairs Minister.

Both Presidential spokesperson Julian Aldrin Pasha and State Secretary Sudi refused to comment on the possibility of Roy being the replacement of Andi.

According to the Cabinet Secretary Dipo Alam, Roy had gone to the state palace to resolve a problem relating to presidensby.info web pages that had been hacked yesterday.

"I called him this morning to fix the President`s web page, because Roy is an expert," he added.
