I have discussed all with my lawyers and I have handed over all facts and evidence."
Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Documents about alleged corruption in 11 government projects submitted by convict former legislator Muhammad Nazaruddin to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) were incomplete, the agency said.

The allegations submitted by Nazaruddin need more information to back them up, Deputy KPK Chairman Bambang Widjojanto said here on Monday.

The former treasurer of the ruling party, who is serving a seven year jail term for corruption in the construction of an athlete house for the last SEA Games in Palembang, said all major factions at the House of Representative have received bribes.

Faction leaders distributed the bribe money themselves, Nazaruddin said after being grilled by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in a different case of money laundering in which he is a suspect.

He said he knew many corruption scandals involving at least 11 government projects worth Rp6 trillion from which he and his former co members of the House had received bribes.

The projects include the purchase of the Chinese made MA-60 small passenger aircraft, procurement of electronic identity cards, construction of the Constitution Court and Taxation office building and procurement of driving license simulators of the police traffic corps.

Nazaruddin mentioned a number of lawmakers who had received bribes such as Setya Novanto, Olly Dondokambey others already named suspects by KPK such as Anas Urbaningrum.

He said the reports he submitted to KPK were sufficiently backed up with evidence.

"I have discussed all with my lawyers and I have handed over all facts and evidence," he said, adding, I would give full support for KPK."

Nazaruddin is facing additional jail term on charge of money laundering using bribe money to buy the shares worth Rp300 billion of the national flag carrier Garuda Indonesia.
