Jakarta, Indonesia, Sept 25, 2013 - (ANTARA) - Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2013, the biggest automotive exhibition in Indonesia, does not merely feature the latest vehicles for retail consumers or passenger cars. In this event, sole agents (APM) of commercial vehicles also take part to enliven the auto show. All of the commercial vehicles that participate in this year's exhibition are located at the outdoor area. The commercial vehicles by APMs are FAW, Foton, Fuso, Hino, Isuzu, MAN Trucks, Tata Motors, Toyota Dyna, and UD Trucks.

In this year's exhibition, Hino, which occupies an exhibition area of 750 square meters, features nine commercial vehicles. This time, Hino launches a new line-up of two products - the Hino RN 285, launched soon after the official opening of IIMS 2013, and Hino Dutro 110 SDBL, launched today, September 25.

Toyota Dyna, which is located in the same area, occupies an exhibition area of 540 square meters and brings five of its commercial vehicles - HIACE, DYNA 130HT Dump Truck 4x4, DYNA 130XT Jumbo Box Wing, DYNA 110FT Kopaja (Toyota Dyna for air-conditioned bus), and DYNA 110 ST Cooler Box. For the exhibition, Toyota's commercial line-up offers an interesting deal for customers who wish to purchase the vehicles during the exhibition. For every purchase of Dyna's products, customers will receive 0% interest and have the opportunity to win 1 motorcycle and 1 smartphone. The first 50 customers will also have the chance to enjoy lucky dip with prizes such as tires, Dyna oil, and more.

Meanwhile, Tata Motors, the world's fifth largest truck producer and the fourth largest bus producer, features 13 commercial vehicles of various models from small pick-ups to large buses. Tata Motors' booth is themed as "Horizonext and Play Strong", which represents its global campaign. Horizonext represents Tata Motors' spirit to move forward to a new horizon in the world's automotive market, while Play Strong represents Tata Motors' commitment to its customers, particularly in Indonesia, to provide strong, solid, safe products that last long.

In this year's IIMS, UD Trucks occupies a land of 110 square meters and features five commercial vehicles that represent its 30 years of existence in Indonesia. UD Trucks' commercial vehicles featured in this year's exhibition are CK 10 G (from 1975), CKA 12 H (from 1989), CKA 12 BTX (from 2002), PKD 211 H (from 2004), and CWA 260 HT (from 2013). UD Trucks' theme for this year's auto show is "30 years of life partnership and beyond".

UD trucks has been the customers' trusted partner for over 30 years and will continue to strive to meet and exceed their expectations in the future, too," stated Pierre Jean Verge Salamon, Managing Director, UD Trucks Indonesia. Interestingly, in addition to the commercial vehicles, UD Trucks also provides a kids' playground with truck-shape toy cars.

FAW solidifies its position as the producer of commercial vehicles in Indonesia with 5% contribution to the country's commercial vehicle market. At this year's IIMS, FAW presents various line-up such as Dump Trucks, Mixer Trucks, Cargo Trucks and others. For customers' satisfaction, FAW guarantees spare-part availability for each of their product and offers financing comfort by collaborating with several banks and financing companies.

European commercial vehicle, MAN Trucks, brings to this year's IIMS seven variants of its medium commercial line-up, which is intended for mining and forestry industries, as well as highway transportation. The lineup is TGS 40.440, CLA 26.280, CLA 18.280, City bus, TGS 33.360, and TGM 18.340. The latter is the MAN Trucks' latest variant, which is a truck specifically for firefighter units. Efficient vehicles with simple and low price maintenance are UD Trucks' key points in marketing its products in Indonesia.

Just like the previous years, Isuzu participates in this year's IIMS with a theme of "Isuzu Otot Indonesia", or "Isuzu, the Indonesian Muscle". Occupying an area of 750 square meters, Isuzu brings a complete line-up from small pick-ups to huge trucks. This time, Isuzu also launches several of its products namely Isuzu DMX, Elf NKR 71 LWB, Elf NKR 55 LWB, and Giga FTR 90 Tracktorhead.

The committee also holds various quizzes during the exhibition with interesting prizes, and the grand prizes are three units of the latest cars namely New Ford Fiesta, Toyota Etios Valco, and Toyota Avanza Veloz.
