Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Vice President Boediono arrived home on Friday after visiting The Netherlands since last Saturday (March 22).

The Vice President and his entourage landed at Soekarno-Hatta International airport at 11.35 a.m. local time after flying for 17 hours from Schiphol International Airport, including a stop over at Abu Dhabi Airport, the United Arab Emirates.

Boedono visited The Netherlands to attend and deliver a speech at a Nuclear Security Summit. Boediono remarked that he was satisfied with the results of the Nuclear Security Summit in The Hague on March 24-25.

The summit was attended by representatives from across 58 countries and international institutions.

"The results of the summit, including its organizing, were good," the Vice President pointed out, when explaining the results of his visit.

At the summit, the participating countries reached mutual understanding and shared the same view on the need to increase cooperation in the field of nuclear security so that it would not be controlled by terrorists.

The Vice President added that it made them proud to know that all participants accepted inputs put forward by Indonesia, including Indonesias suggestion that every country must issue laws on nuclear security.
