The person will be made known when the time comes."
Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Indonesia Democratic Party Struggle (PDIP) and its coalition partner the National Democrat Party (Nasdem) have set up campaign and success teams to support the success of their candidate Jokowi in the presidential election on July 9.

"As the election date is near, today we agreed to officially declare a PDIP-Nasdem success team for Jokowi," Nasdems general chairman Surya Paloh said after meeting with Jokowi here at the Nasdem headquarters on Friday.

Surya said as the general chairman of the party that supports Jokowis bid for president, he hoped the team can immediately use the time left to set up working teams.

"The chief of the success team will be made known in two or three days. The two parties secretary generals will be the presidium of the success team," he said.

He added that with goodwill he believed that the two parties can convince the people that their best choice for president is Jokowi.

He said the two parties had agreed to combine their energy in the presidential election and to support Jokowis presidential bid.

Joko Widodo alias Jokowi, meanwhile, said he had told Surya Paloh that 60 days before the election was short and so he hoped the team can start working.

"There will be no more meetings again. Tomorrow the team will start to act and work on land and in the air," he said.

The goal is preparing issues and information that will increase the candidates electability and reduce negative issues.

"There will be land movements from the Nasdem and the PDIP as well as from volunteers whose number is unaccountable. Starting this evening the air attack must begin. The teams are ready," he added.

Regarding Jokowis running mate, Surya Paloh said the Nasdem and the PDIP had already found the person.

"The person will be made known when the time comes," he added.

Jokowi, who is the Jakarta governor, meanwhile, said the name of the vice presidential candidate was already in the pockets of PDIPs general chairperson Megawati Soekarnoputri, Surya Palon and his.

"We have only to wait for the right time to announce it," he said.
