Jakarta (ANTARA News) - State-owned airport operator PT Angkasa Pura II has secured a loan commitment of Rp400 billion from PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) to finance expansion of a number of its airports including Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

"With the loan from IIF there is guarantee in fund for the expansion of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and other airports," President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II Budi Karya Sumadi said in a news releases issued here on Wednesday.

Budi said the fund would be used for the expansion of Terminal 3's Ultimate of the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to be completed in 2016.

The fund would also be used for other priority projects in the country's largest airport including railway station for the airport railway for the procurement of automated people mover system (APMS), he said.
