Jakarta (ANTARA) - Penyelenggara acara "MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2022" mengumumkan daftar para pemenangnya pada Rabu (2/11) di hadapan sekitar 9.500 penonton yang hadir secara langsung di Musashino Forest Sport Plaza, Tokyo, menjadikannya kali pertama dalam kurun tiga tahun terakhir.

Seperti disiarkan laman resmi MTV Japan, di antara nama pemenang pada acara itu, band rock SEKAI NO OWARI memenangkan dua kategori penghargaan dan salah satunya Video of The Year.

Selain mereka, ada juga grup idola J-pop JO1 yang meraih penghargaan di kategori khusus yakni Best Live Performance. Sementara itu, grup vokal dan tari THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE menyabet kategori Best Choreography.

Acara MTV VMAJ 2022 akan disiarkan pada Sabtu (19/11) di saluran MTV Japan.
